What is espoused in this brief article is fundamentally correct.
Jesus is God and has all the attributes of God but understood the plan which was only lightly regarded by the Jews who should have clearly understood what was happening and readily embraced it.
By all appearances many did as they greeted him as he entered Jerusalem but by mid-week were calling for his life to be taken.
It is important to understand as has been expressed that the Gospel of Christ was meant for the Jew first and when it was rejected and rebelled against bringing about his death, following his resurrection and appearance before the disciples, Pentecost brought about the ministry to the Gentiles who soaked it up, took it and embraced the truth of it. Did Jesus love the Gentiles and Samaritans?
Yes, So much so that he died for them. Thanks, Brother Jim ~
