Disabled Veterans Can Now Fly Space-A

I'd stumbled across this a couple of days ago in an email, so I looked it up...apparently, there'd been some kind of legislation passed to allow it...for whatever crazy reason, though, dependents aren't allowed, which kinda made zero sense to me, obviously my wife and I can't both use it to go anywhere, so there went that idea, of course...the thing was I just figured you all might find it of at least some possible use and/or interest in any event, you know? Enjoy...and if I misunderstood, and my wife could possibly make use of it so we could possibly both go places together, if any of you might possibly point out where that might be listed as allowed, being as we both got the ID cards one gets for such things for MWR-type stuff, we'd both obviously be most appreciative to know...likely, she can't use it, however, if one doesn't ask, one never knows, you know? Thanks....
