Yes, it's quite easy to do on line. You just need to provide your drivers license and proof of disability all for just a $10 fee.

Go to an facility that issues the passes and no $10 fee

Hmmm so any amount of service connected disability? 0% or 10% for say tinnitus? Wow quite an offer.
