This doesn’t surprise me in the least. If you’ve ever been down Hollywood Blvd in the middle of the night, say 0330 Hrs, you’ve seen what demons lurk in the dark...dopers, crazies, weirdos, drunkards, all manner of society’s worst and questionable.

CSM Charles Hayden - I can cut him a little slack in that department, sometimes you need to make due with what tools you have on hand, but with that being said, assuming that he could afford to travel there on his own dime I think that he could swing the 30 bucks for a decent sledge.
