....WTF, ok so first lets recap what was just read, They have two people who say he admitted to them he did it and were then paid a reward, one a cell mate and the other a crack-addicted prostitute... Not the most reputable sources, He pawned the victim's laptop but that does not prove murder only B and E, There is a bloody foot print not in his shoe size or from one of his shoes, DNA left on the weapon was not his and Hair and fibers found were not his.
But the state is pushing to have him executed anyways?
This is a travesty and criminal in my opinion. Its as if someone has a hard on to stamp this guy. Reminds me of that making a murderer show. While I agree with the death penalty and think it should be used more often, I also think the criteria should be changed for its application.
two of three items should be required.
1: DNA
2: 3 or more creditable witness's
3: Video and audio evidence.
I also think anyone that makes a false allegation that costs someone their freedom or life should automatically suffer the same fate, and that any Police / Prosecutor who suppresses evidence or creates a false case for a conviction should also suffer the same fate.

MSG Tom Earley - The reason for the delay is that that information may well have changed the verdict, maybe or maybe not but you can not kill someone if that is a real possibly.

MSG Tom Earley - If he had scratches all over his neck why was no DNA found under the victims nails? The 2 people that say he admitted to the were paid off for thier testimony. Did anyone else see the purse? What about the bloody foot prints in a different size and shoe? If only one person lived in the house how was there multiple DNAtypes found on the knife that killed her but not his? Who contributed the other DNA. To many questions need to be answered before a mans life is taken.
