Yes, We need to operate in a pure "Purple" mode. Does not matter what Service is impacted, closest team to the rescue.

As promising as this sounds, I know at least in the Army problems won't get fixed until cyber gets the respect it deserves and the soldiers aren't just treated as just another number with a slot to fill.
