DoD watchdog: Air Force failed to effectively manage F-22 modernization

The IG found fault with the F-22 SPOs, USD AT&L, and SAF/AQ. The recommendations were predictable: A new contracting strategy. But no mention of any ACCOUNTABILITY. No one fired, no one reprimanded, just like in the AOC 10.2 program breaches. Other AFSCs/MOSs are held to task for not getting their jobs done. How do we re-establish accountability within the AF Acquisition corps?
