DOJ Is Cracking Down on Towing Companies That Seize Troops' Cars

My head is going in circles. You deployed to Afghanistan, but your car is parked in the city? Does anyone else see a problem with this? Why wasn't your car parked at the unit? I know this sounds like a dumb question, but when we deployed the vehicles were locked in the motor pool, or with a family member. This issue should not be happening to deployed troops, Now domestic issues, spouse left, I left the car with the Girlfriend/boyfriend situation well you should have to pay the ticket on those, and to be honest, the towing expense IMHO.
