Happy Birthday to Technical Sergeant Donald G. Malarkey (born July 31, 1921) is a former non-commissioned officer with Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army during World War II. Technical Sergeant Donald G. Malarkey lives in my hometown, Salem, Oregon. It is amazing that he is 95 years old and still very sharp mentally. One of my favorite WWII movies is the Story of "Band of Brothers" which depicts the story of Don's outfit, Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regimen, in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army during WWII. Happy birthday Don, may you have several more.
