Of all our rights in the "Bill of Rights" the 2nd Amendment will always be under attack by the left and the liberal progressives. The reason is that amendment protects the others...in particular the 1st Amendment that spells our right to "Free Speech" and gather together to exercise that right.
For you who don't know it but Hillary and the Democrat Party are pushing for the "Australian Style Gun Control." From my friends from the "Down Under" that law has only resulted in increased crime and murder rates. The only ones with the guns are the police and the criminals with the honest citizens not able to defend themselves.
On this issue alone (and there are many others as well), Hillary is disqualified to be president.

When I read the Australian statistics that showed that the rates from 1993 to 2013 had changed as follows:
- Murder - 1.7 (1993) to 1.2 (2013)
- Manslaughter - 0.2 (1993) to 0.2 (2013)
- Total Homicide - 1.9 (1993) to 1.2 (2013)
and
- Armed Robbery - 30 (1993) to 24.3 (2013)
I had completely forgotten that Australia was "Down Under" and that meant that numbers like 1.2 were actually LARGER than numbers like 1.7 (or that numbers like 1.2 were actually LARGER than numbers like 1.9 [or that numbers like 24.3 were actually LARGER than numbers like 30]).
Now, I do have to admit that I got those numbers from a web site that is run by a socialist government that IS NOT a republic so that must mean that they are all lies. Right?

49% lower gun deaths in 2010 than in 1993.

In either case (assuming a constant level of conviction) that means more of those people who should be being punished are being punished.
PS - A 3" knee cap to the groin works pretty well too.
PPS - Please remember that "Sexual Assault" is seldom a "crime of sex" and is MUCH more frequently a "crime of power". (The usual drill for those who REALLY can't get laid is to kill a bunch of school kids.)
PPS - If the population increases at the same rate that the number of firearms in the hands of the population increases then the rate per 100,000 is the number you have to look at - and there you might want to wonder why the handgun homicide rate dipped between 1980 and 1989 and why it peaked between 1990 and 1997. Other than that, as you can see from the chart, the handgun homicide rate has been (statistically) "flat" from 1976 to date. [What that ought to tell you is that "Gun Control" has nothing (or at least next to nothing) whatsoever to do with the handgun homicide rate AND that "Gun Freedom" ALSO has nothing (or at least next to nothing) whatsoever to do with the handgun homicide rate. On the other hand, it is very difficult to convince someone who has purchased a handgun that their possession of that handgun since the date they bought it HAS NOT prevented them from being murdered (even though they had never been murdered BEFORE they bought the handgun).

Of course we "gun nuts" will always be told "they don't want to take your guns, just the guns that the bad guys have". HRC has repeatedly said through the years that she wants to take all the guns in America. That cannot be done and people who wish to do evil don't need guns. If, and that is an impossible if, we were to ever take all of the guns off of our streets evil people will then use, swords, knives, bats, rocks, fists, etc. Whatever they can find to hurt people. Smaller, weaker, older people will then have absolutely no way to protect themselves. There will be no fear to stop someone from just kicking your door in and taking what they want or just move into your home. Throughout history people who have had the ability to defend themselves as a society have grown the most and been the happiest communities. People who live in fear of their neighbors or the neighboring community grow the least and the people are never happy or prosperous.
We have always know who HRC really is. A patriotic, Constitution loving American she is not. If, and I hope it doesn't happen, she wins the presidency she will attempt to bypass Congress with her pen and write the 2nd Amendment out of existence. I can tell you for sure, between now and Nov, 2016 gun and ammo sales will be on the rise and if she is elected President they will sky rocket through the summer of 2017.
