Donald Trump to pull feds out of K-12 education

There is a direct correlation between the establishment of the US Dept of Education and the decline of education in the US. Is it significant. I believe the evidence is compelling that it is. Regardless, education is not one of the enumerated powers of the federal government. If the states want federal interference, let them amend the Constitution granting such authority to the federal government. Shut it down until they do...
