SALRADIO was invited to be in Yonkers, NY to cover the opening of a Covid19 Vaccination facility at the Yonkers Armory and the visit by Dr. Richard A. Stone the Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for Veterans Health Administration.

We received a personal invitation from the PR Dir of the VA and we did an exclusive interview with Dr. Stone a retired Army two Major General. We will post that tomorrow.

We learned the Yonkers facility has the Pfizer vaccine, which means a team is needed to unfreeze and it must be used within six hours.

Eligible members of the general public can now apply for a vaccination in Yonkers as an alternative to the Westchester County Center in White Plains.

They had a tent for walk in appointment setting, I went thru the process eligible by a medical condition, my appointment is in late April here in Yonkers, the Westchester County Center did not have any available appointments.
