You'd be surprised at what folks have and what they do with it. There is always reports of ordnance being used for door stops or mantle pieces.
People bring UXOs to police departments and military installations all the time. We had a contractor bring a 120mm projo to our shop and leave it at the front door. He came back later to see what we found out. He was politely told to leave anything else he finds where it was and we would come to him.
