My ex husband did not do this but I'd call him a dudependa because he mooched off me. He kept his dependent card after the divorce to try to use it at places with military discount (not that there were many where we lived at the time). Pretty sure he cheated on me during the marriage. Thankfully it was only a year long. The biggest thing was him mooching off me and providing nothing to our family.
