Dustin Hoffman on TOOTSIE and his character Dorothy Michaels

In 1982 Dustin Hoffman starred in the movie "Tootsie" where he dressed as a woman. When Dustin Hoffman was interviewed on the movie he left a tearful response, "that was never a comedy for me".
6 years ago was the first time I saw this clip and it made me tear up. It hit home for me how much this really described me and how dismissive I was with women who I did not find attractive. This short clip made me do some serious self reflection and I am a better man for it.
I am hopeful that most men do not think this way, but in my life there are/were many.
