Ebola outbreak in Congo declared a global health emergency

I watched the recent 6-episode series, “The Hot Zone”, National Geographic presented on the ebola outbreak a few years ago here in the US.
Fort Detrick's U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, or USAMRIID, was at the forefront in the battle against the outbreak.
The current outbreak in the Congo just goes to show that continuing vigilance is required.
