I believe as leaders in Organisations, the Tenets Gary talks about here are all too important now. I have personally witnessed online and in person, people stretch the limits of "free speech" and not being "politically correct" as an excuse to stoop to lower levels of decorum and good conduct. I do hope we do a better job of being able to voice opinions, in a safe space like RP and be civil to each other. Embrace the Golden Rule. !
