What makes you confident in the organization?

I would say that the following statement pretty well does it for me: "At Top Guard we are always looking for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the security industry. We currently employ over 800 security professionals, account managers and support specialists with backgrounds in the military and law enforcement. We pride ourselves on our excellent support team and in over 20 years of business we have never laid off a single employee." That's a pretty powerful statement and it would stand to reason that they can back up such a bold statement.
