That was funny. I had a similarly righteous exchange with AT&T about 25 years ago. I even wrote it down as soon as I hung up. Like the guy in the share, I never raised my voice, swore or said anything inappropriate. But I played the woman that called me like a finely tuned Stradivarius. The upshot was I never got another spam phone call until I changed numbers a few years later. I think the spammers must keep their own "do not call list." That's okay -- they were on my list before I was on theirs.
