How many times are we going to chow-tow to this tyrant only to be pushed away and threatened. This North Korean clown is not as easy to suck up to as POTUS has thought.

I don't think making nice with North Korea will get us anywhere, but so long as we don't give them anything, talking is far superior to shooting.

The hate is there because of his bravado. He can make deal with anyone and acted like he was the savior for Korea after the first meeting. "he deserves a Nobel prize crap" (did not understand Obama's prize)
You are right ALL the other presidents have succeeded poorly, but none have worn their successes no matter how small, like a crown!!
Little has changed, we have given in on several major exercises and they have curtailed shooting large missiles but have not stopped firing other missiles and constantly threaten to resume if you don't meet my terms.
Somewhat similar to dealing with the former Soviet Union without the mutual destruction.

I think maybe President Trump is using the same strategic talk that President Roosevelt used when he said "speak softly and carry a big stick". What he is saying is I'm being cautious and non-aggressive right now but I'm backed with the ability of our Military might to take violent action if needed. I always liked the flag flown by the Continental Marines during the American Revolution in 1775 it showed a Rattlesnake with the words below it "DON'T TREAD ON ME". Maybe because of the ethos times we ought to integrate it with our Flag.
