Even if they do regress, the Wild have built a nice playoff cushion

I'm a bit biased, being from Minnesota, but I honestly believe that the Wild can go all the way.
Bruce Boudreau has been a catalyst for the Wild. Plus off season trades and acquisitions have given them the personnel they need. All lines have been participating in scoring. The team doesn't rely on just one person.
And as I write this, the Wild have just beaten the New York Islanders to extend their winning streak to 12 games.
GO WILD!! WOOOHOOO!!!

MSgt Mike Ruikka I'm looking forward to their game tomorrow against the blue jackets who have a 14 game winning streak, the first time in NHL history two teams with such extensive winning streaks have played against each other.

SPC(P) (Join to see) If they don't have the fall off that the Vikings did after their fast start, they will be fine. They have solid goal tending which is something they lacked until they acquired Dubnyk. He may not be the only reason for their success, but being able to trust that the goaltender will pick it up in the event of a disaster allows everyone else to play more openly. Leads to more scoring. I hope they carry it all the way through the playoffs. I am going to watch them play the Panthers here in FL in March. Looking forward to it. Got my old NorthStars hat ready for the night.

PO3 Steven Sherrill are you a fan of all MN teams or just the Vikings and Wild?

SPC(P) (Join to see) - I didn't start watching hockey until I was sixteen. I started following the North Stars, Whalers, and Nordiques (none of whom are around anymore). I refused to follow the North Stars when they moved to Dallas. The Wild I like because Hockey and Minnesota go together like Lakes and Minnesota. When it comes to Football, I only really like the Vikings. There are others that are whatever, and those I like seeing lose. When it comes to Hockey, there are several teams I enjoy watching. Wild, Oilers, Penguins, Avalanche, Hurricanes, Lightning. I don't really follow baseball. I enjoy going to games, but on TV, only if I need a nap. Basketball, I don't like at all. I also like Major League Lacrosse.
Before the Wild, I was living in Brookings SD. There was a minor league team called the Minnesota Moose. Loved the Moose. We could get in cheap, it made for a great road trip, and the games were fun.
