AWESOME VIDEO...Thanks for sharing.
I have learned over the past several years that you can do nothing to change the past...I know that sounds simple but I have always gone back and said...what would have happened if I went left instead of right or kept going instead of stopping or slowing down. What if I made that phone call to an ex girlfriend I wanted to make or took that assignment I wanted to take. Then I look at my beautiful wife and my daughter and I think...none of this would have been possible if I made even one of those other decisions! I have lived a full life even at my so called young age with no regrets. The house I have, the in-laws I have (which by the way are awesome), my friends through them and my neighborhood all were part of Gods plan...everything that has happened to me has made me stronger and brought me to this point in my life. I can't imagine a better life than what I have lived. I have learned to let loose of any things in the past that years ago haunted me and enjoy the moment and look forward to each new day. Do I still have dreams...absolutely! I am working to accomplish them along the way but I am done looking back...if you spend too much time looking over your shoulder, you will continually wreck the car...eyes need to be forward on the road ahead so you have clear vision on where you need to go.

I'm betting that you too are a fan of the song "Thank God For Unanswered Prayers", that is if you've heard of it. If not, check it out

CPT Jack Durish - I love that song but unfortunately it is a misnomer...God answers all prayers...maybe not the way we want Him to or with the outcome we expect or in the timeframe we want. Sometimes it is like I tell my daughter when she asks for something...silence sometimes is the answer. But He does answer them nonetheless because He knows whats best for us even when we don't....only if we trust Him and sometimes when we don't and try to fix it on our own.

That was inspirational as I cant rest on my laurels, and PTSD has hidden much that is brilliant in life. I feel stuck but want to find a way to perform peer support.

CPT Jack Durish I think we face decisions and we choose directions based on where we are at that time and the pressures in our lives. If we made decision different than the one we choose we would then still be facing the question of what if I had chosen to go the other direction, What would have happened if?
