Ex-Navy sailor gets 5 years in prison for child pornography

There was a guy in my last unit who got arrested for child pornography. He was the schools NCO so I didn't talk to him much. The state apparently investigated him for a month - when they went in with a warrant they found even more porn according to articles I read. The case took about a year. He ended up being found guilty of a lot of charges. Porn, forced sodomy of a minor, etc. Apparently the victim of the sexual assault was his 8 year old daughter. In one article I read something about in a letter he wrote from jail, he said that the victim seduced him. Yep he said his 8 year old daughter seduced him into sex. I think he got some pretty serious time. But that just blew my mind. How does an 8 year old "seduce" an adult and your own child? There are some sick fucks out there. Oh his lawyer at sentencing tried to use his military career to get a lighter sentence.

People would be amazed how many pedophiles are in the military...unfortunately you can't screen for this if they have never been caught or arrested.

How stupid can someone get.
