So he showed signs of instability when he was in uniform. He took that anger overseas to be a mercenary some would say. So now the question becomes does Ukraine send him back to face criminal charges for murder or do they keep him? If they keep him US should just block his reentry back into US.

Ukraine would be stupid to keep him. This guy is not going to just stop with a double murder in the United States, he is a psychopath. It is highly likely he will repeat the behavior in the Ukraine. As for the idiot buying guns with cash in a dark parking lot somewhere. You have to wonder how much more stupid that transaction could have been made before alarms went off in the deceased head. Feel sorry for his wife though, she probably trusted his judgement.
