Damnnn 20 yrs in the Feds. Prosecutors said Levy diagnosed a patient with lymphoma when the patient actually had a small-cell carcinoma. Levy falsified the patient’s medical record to state that a second pathologist agreed with his diagnosis, according to the plea agreement. The patient later died.

Falsification of medical records is a forgery crime at many state levels and federal levels as well. Some states have there own separate falsification statutes, usually a felony. A 20 year sentence is more than most call for, so the manslaughter and other falsification probably played a part in the sentencing.

This is just one of the many who mistreat Vets I know it happens outside as well but I’m tired of people blaming other things for Thierry actions. He got caught, he wasn’t high everytime, he got caught he wasn’t drunk everytime he mistreated or misdiagnosed someone. 3000 cases mistakes let’s give him a YEAR for each one.
