Sounds like he's fishing for a legal excuse. The informed consent argument makes some sense regarding the vaccine, and that may have given him some legal standing to protect himself, but he and his lawyers are playing games by trying to stretch that informed consent argument to wearing a mask and getting a Covid test. Now they're floating a religious argument, which if that was really the case, that route should have already been explored. Nothing to see here but a fishing expedition. His career will end as quickly as it started.

He did his best and I am glad the judge decided not to punish him. We lost some good people over this vaccine mandate.
