I have frequently questioned the wisdom of merging all armed forces into one cabinet post. Yes, on the surface it makes sense. But something that large is vulnerable to fraud, especially with so many civilian contractors aiding and abetting the crime. Aren't we the nation that believes in the value of competition? Well, let's allow the separate armed services to compete...

I couldn't agree more with you Jack. Let's go back to the war department and the Navy Department, and for modernity we could have the United States Aerospace force.
