So what does that mean in English? What does that mean for US - South Korea relations and South to North relations?

SSG Tom Pike - good questions! Many a pundit will be chatting about the answers to those questions over the next several days. It will be interesting.

I'll have my wife ask her Korean friends and get their input.
Side Note:
My wife helps some Korean co-workers with their English, and interpreting what their kids are doing in American schools. They send her home with a bunch of really good Korean food after every weekly session. She told them they don't need to keep giving her food, but they feel that if they don't send her home with food for me that I won't let her out of the house to teach English. They don't understand American wives very well, and I told my wife she better not change their minds.
