Sometimes it seems we help the bad guy with stupidity. BUT, this is a counterintelligence issue. This should be a leak investigation. It is a theft of US gov info.

The investigation should've already been conducted, and into our own sources, not theirs as we can both never (with absolute certainty) identify those responsible nor hold them accountable. I'd argue this is more of an in-house concern.
