I read on BBC that it was a suicide bomber. That makes it a terrorist act in my eyes.

LTC (Join to see) yep, and they were really smart about how they carried out their attack. Waiting until the concert ended, staying outside the security boundary, and then just detonating. What a waste of life because of one zealot.
