This is an important discussion that has gone off the tracks as so many do because of a broken webpage link. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that there is no accompanying description to provide even a clue of what it is all about. I would hope that someone finds a more stable link and reposts it together with an introduction that sets the tenor of the conversation. I would happily participate
