Facing Fitness Crisis, Army Leaders Look to Change Culture

For the past six months I have been Uber-driving in a college community town, Lubbock, TX. I drive young males from dorm to class, typically about 1/2 mile, and they pay $4. Not everybody, of course, but a few each day. I have wondered if Uber operates on military bases. Is the observation just aberrant or a meaningful insight to youthful trends? I don't know.
