I gave up eating anything with poppy seeds during my active duty time.

Rumor Control Alert...We all know the story of someone who has eaten the bread with Poppy Seeds on it and testing positive. I don't know if that is true but I do know there have been a number of times when active duty members have been able to show that they were exposed or ingested something without their knowledge. IMHO that is probably the exception, but it does happen.
