Failure to Communicate: VA Office of Inspector General no longer accepting emails and VA chatbot...

If it’s true that the VA OIG has stopped accepting emails from veterans, that’s a big problem. It sends the wrong message that the system is getting harder to reach instead of easier.
That said, maybe it’s just a temporary error or technical glitch. Hopefully, the VA will fix it quickly and make sure veterans have clear, easy ways to get in touch.
