There's a HUGE difference between morons who KNOW what they're doing and are doing it for nefarious reasons and THIS obviously mentally ill man. I have no problems going after the first group but simply picking on someone like this has no justification. Anyone who talks to him will know he's sick not trying to get one over. In his mind...he probably DID do those things.
