Destruction of culture brings chaos. Illegal aliens are part of the agenda to destroy American culture. They are mostly uneducated and a burden on society which has to grow a larger central government to deal with the many problems from third world countries.
To uphold the Constitution, borders have to be secured.
Perhaps, someone can be sued for allowing this illegal alien in the country. But that will not bring the American citizen back from from being murdered.
