Arrested in 2013. Pleaded guilty in 2015. House arrest since 2018. Faced sentencing in 2022. I'd call this a certified Ball Dropped situation.

Well I suppose a man with access to resources beyond the typical normal could be contained with an ankle monitor that can be removed with a simple pair of scissors....
