‘Fat Leonard’ Spreads Money & Prostitutes Around The U.S. Navy

All of these off shore contracts(ers) are more trouble than they are worth. It's hard to keep a eye on what they are doing, or not doing and regulating them. It would be nice if the military could "go back" to when jobs were handled all internally by the military, and not some private company, that does what they want when they want and how they want. Either providing sub par to below sub par services for top dollar, to just not doing their jobs at all. I believe that this is just the beginning of more massive corruption cases are more than likely going to break soon. This has been a really ruff and embarrassing year so far.
