Interesting that in the video at the head of that article the journalist tries to imply that because she came as a refugee to the US, that she knew more about the Soviet Union and Russia than the congressman. What that does is to show how far left that she really is; can someone tell me how someone that left the Soviet Union when they were two (2) years old when they left and was thirteen (13) when the Soviet Union ceased to exist could even state that they knew what it was like to live in the Soviet Union.
I am not an apologist for the Soviet Union, Russia, or the congressman, but JFC; book knowledge is one thing, personal experience is quite another. It is also quite telling that the journalist is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (Which we really do not need to expand upon here).
What seems to be interesting is that in this case it is two nut jobs (my opinion) going at each other.
With this in mind, is it any wonder that we have issues with information coming out of our intelligence community?

Well, Jim, when my jaws lock and my fingers start to tingle, I find another post to calm me down. It's usually a post from "Doc".

I admit that I was just a young buck at the end of the Soviet times, everyone knew it was falling apart, but the unit I was in at the time (VII Corps Intel BDE 207MI) we redoubled training to watch out for the honey traps all around, I had high hopes and will agree that their troops were decent enough during the PFP in Hohenfels, But I have been watching as I was trained to do since 1990 and I only see the same things now that I saw then, and remember that Mr Putin is former KGB and he was part of the alliance of officers and agents that vowed to bring back the Union. They have changed some of the names, but the actions are the same. (OSS - CIA ring any bells) Just because someone says they have changed does not mean anything to me, actions speak louder than words, and the actions that I see are the same ones I was trained to watch back in the day. Georgia, Chechenya, Ukraine, are all the indicators we need. In my opinion, BASED ON THE VERY LITTLE I SAW IN THIS PIECE Sen Rohrabacher MAY I say again MAY have been compromised (that is the FBI's job to verify or disprove but not disseminate) but he is only one. I have my suspicions but I would like to see how many other Senators and Representatives have been compromised or even out right turned. I say that Mr Sessions should pull the top investigators from each of the services (I am talking the senior Warrents and NCO's sorry Commissioned, but they are used to getting dirty to get their intel) and QUIETLY tell the to investigate EVERYONE in the Capitol for Treason and Sedition. and when they are finished with their cases bring them before a tribunal and sentencing for those found Guilty. and since we are still in a declared war (no peace treaty that I have heard of) employ the maximum sentence allowed. if you are unfamiliar with this, during war time the sentence can go all the way up to death for both of these crimes. This will show the people that those who think themselves as the "elite" are not actually above the law, and will restore at least a modicum of civil behavior at the State and local levels and the enforcement of the LAW.
