Could be a warning shot across the bow. Don't screw with the guy taking power. Although it's not determined if Hillary gets a pardon like the other criminal.

2,115 of the 30,490 emails contain information that is presently classified. Out of these 2,115 emails, the State Department determined that 2,028 emails contain information classified at the confidential level; 65 contain information classified at the Secret level; and 22 contain information classified at the Top Secret level. And some of these ended up on the Laptop of a sexual predator most likely ready to trade these stored emails for some sort of deal on these other crimes he has committed.
How is this not a violation of the law under?
We all had to read the same statement:
“whoever, being entrusted with or Having lawful possession or control of any document ...or information, relating to the national defense either (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

LCDR (Join to see) - Iwas the Classified Material Control Officer at two commands. There is no doubt if you or I did far less, we would have had a much shorter career. However we were not in the exalted levels of government to be forgiven as she has been so far.
