SGM Erik Marquez - If they are using the information provided and come to a different conclusion I do not call that a reasonable decision based on evidence. It is their decision nonetheless. However, they must understand that decision comes with potential loss of privileges afforded to vaccinated citizens. They should also reference Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) and understand their state may deem it necessary for the good of society that they be vaccinated.

SGM Erik Marquez - These questions were raised during smallpox outbreaks in the early 1900's and ruled on in court cases. It may be a point of concern to some now but the benefit outweighs the risks nonetheless. What long term effects did the smallpox and other vaccines have? There are no known common long-term effects from taking vitamins (which are not FDA approved by the way). Will my or your grand kids or great grand kids have health issues because mom and dad took a centrum silver multivitamin WAAAAY back in 2020-2021?
