I suspect this will get overturned and then end up in high court.

The idiots in the nine circuit will find the state can trample on anything they want. Just look at the stupid gun laws they pass every week.
The only means gun rights activists have to overturn theses draconian laws, is the Supreme Court.
Until the lawyers suing on behalf of the people, stop seeing their lawsuits as a neans to line their pockets, they will drag these court cases out.
This is a great example of overreach by an out of control state government, a bunch of greedy lawyers and the gun rights citizens being trampled on by both.
