Really confusing, we hear that the new tax reform benefits only the rich. If so, what are the states with the wealthiest citizens complaining about? The bulk of these wealthiest states are liberal and want more for the lower income citizens and illegals, but cry like babies when the bill for it comes due for their largesse.

I meant what happens to the states using it to get around the SALT deduction cap? You can’t FORCE a ‘charitable deduction’
