How ironic. A basic logistical necessity forgotten about? Because they were deployed on such short notice?
Someone needs to kick the NGB, the state's Adjutant Generals offices, DoD, and Congress in the backside.
Maybe they should add this debacle to the plate of the commission that Ms. Pelosi has put Russel L. Honoré, LTG(R) in charge of.
