The epitome of a toxic trash ass senior leader. People like this is why junior soldiers can't keep trust in leadership despite all the briefs. But if it were her daughter then what?

This alone is one reason why I can't give my complete trust to my leaders. I know this will sound immoral or unethical, that we need implicit trust based on the virtue of our Profession of Arms. But this kind of engagement is greatly demoralizing.
