Lots of that going around. At least they fired them instead of passing the buck on to another unit. With PersO involved it might have been due to poor admin or even financial, pay etc. They might have been pencil whipping reporting to make their #'s look better as well. The standard comment "loss of confidence" is a generic for almost anything. One phone call or letter from a disgruntled member to their Congressman and it rolls downhill fast. Unless there are charges we'll never know. It happens.
