That Sen. Cruz decided this was a smart thing to do in the first place is completely bizarre. How do you come to the decision to go on a tropical vacation during massive crisis in your state?

He did it because in his mind, just no big deal. His sense of entitlement is mind boggling, defies common sense.

He knew it was enough of a problem to rush back and insinuate that his intent was just to come back today anyway, but United Airlines made a statement that he had a flight coming back Saturday and he changed it to today. Then he asked the local police for protection when he got into the airport. I wonder if it was worth it,
