It is pathetic that the Helsinki Deputy Police Chief used the word phenomenon to describe this. At least using a contemporary definition of phenomenon...

I think we all know and understand what is causing the sexual assaults in western European cities. It is in the influx of younger arab/muslim men that have zero respect for women and western culture. Now we hear there may even be an organized plan to do this. Congratulations Europe some of your "leaders" will be eligible for a Darwin Award in 2016.
