I've always wondered about the feasibility of making cargo submarines in order to avoid bad weather on the surface and the threat of pirates entirely.

Cpl (Join to see) That was my first thought, but it appears it is going to be used for moving cargo within Norway. Not to many Somalians that far north. Though I imagine that it will only be a matter of time before an autonomous ship would be hijacked.
