PO1 Tony Holland Not unusual to be relieved if you can't perform duties because of injury. Still think that in the Zero defect mentality that the Navy has with its CO's, I fully expect him to be permanently relieved because sailors died on his watch and his ship was severely damaged, regardless of fault.
